I’m not familiar with SAND, but on Crypto.com I can transfer MATIC to my MetaMask wallet on Polygon network for 0.08 MATIC.

Edited to add: I just looked up fees for SAND. From my cdc account, I can only send SAND to MetaMask on the Ethereum network and it would cost me 5.0 SAND (about $24 US) to do it.
