The Mango Dex is simple to use and allows margin trading, however, the DEX goes down constantly when there is volatility and users cannot complete a trade, whether it is to stave off liquidation or take a profit. It’s as if the people behind Mango are giving themselves a free option, because liquidation still happens even when the system is not working. The organization behind Mango are making money off commissions, which leads me to believe that they have a responsibility to offer a reliable system. I could go elsewhere, but that is not the point. If Solana Labs is taking in money from Mango then they are responsible to offer a reliable system. It’s only a matter of time when the first class action lawsuit will be filed. Mango can have a bright future, only if it fixes the reliability issues.Friday, April 1st, 2022 at 04:47 #206437d0soo
I use mango now for almost half a year.
I know these problems very well. On computer it is very rare that this will happen (I trade almost every day) it happens once a week maybe.
On mobile phone it is something different. There it will happen almost every day.
I asked that question into the mango group of reddit.
The issue was somehow with the rpc node.
When you go to mango markets there is a gear fur adjustments just switch it to another rpc node like serum and or genesys go and try it again. Try and repeat until your order gets trough. But be carefull sometimes you can double order if it’s just a little bit delayed(I wait aprox. 30 seconds)
Enjoy!Friday, April 1st, 2022 at 04:47 #2064387LayerMagikCookieBar
This is not Mango’s fault. This is the network being slow as a whole when there are high amounts of spam (in the gigabytes per second).
