If I understand you correctly, you have some tokens that you want to transfer from Polygon to Ethereum. Firstly, are you sure considering the current gas situation on Ethereum? If it’s a small amount I would personally advice against it. Second, if you are sure then there are several ways to go about it. The first way is using the official polygon bridge from the Polygon web wallet. This is the most expensive approach but the easiest. Bare in mind you will need Eth in your Eth address for gas in addition to some matic on Polygon also for gas. That could cost up to 300 USD in gas fees. There are a number of other Bridges out there, like EvoDefi for example, but all bridges will cost you gas fees and take some time. Some bridges take a lot of time, think several hours to a day. Another approach I personally use all the time is to just have an account on any exchange, like binance or crypto.com, for instance. Deposit my tokens into that exchange from the Polygon network, then withdraw them to whatever other network I want. Near instant and the lowest option for gas fees. Since you will only pay for withdrawal fees to Ethereum network. The caveat is that you need an account to begin with on one of those exchanges and you can only deposit tokens that are supporting polygon network deposits.

Stick it in mStable and earn double digit yield while you figure out what to do
