- Overwhelming the network During a transaction, monero uses key images. Key images could not be reused so there is a defined number of keys. Is it possible to overhelmed the network of small transaction and make it crash because there will not be enough keys? Thank you for further explanation

- Mass adoption does not mean mass ownership. Many people reject the idea of mass bitcoin adoption because they believe that the majority of the population is not going to be buying BTC, or they simply believe that most people are not tech-savvy enough to do so. What these people fail to understand is that mass adoption does not mean mass ownership. During the gold standard most people owned little to no gold, yet trough their currency they had adopted a gold based system and had indirect exposure to gold. Mass adoption does not mean everyone will have a wallet app on their phones and a hardware wallet at home. It means that your pension fund will own BTC. Your insurance plan will have a 10% allocation. Your workplace has a small "just-in-case" allocation on their balance sheet. The purchase you do at 7eleven in your local currency will be settled using the lightning network instead of the old system from Visa/Mastercard. The app you use to send money to your friends to split the Uber cost will be using lightning. Your local and state government will quietly own some too, either directly or trough some financial vehicle like a trust or an ETF. Most people will live their lives as normal but the services that make their world go around will be using magic internet money and they probably will not even know it. The only clue will be that they are somehow better off financially than before. The reason why all these services will adopt BTC is simple: Greed. They will save money on every transaction and they will most likely outperform anyone who doesn't hold any sats.

- El Salvador, the first nation to make BTC legal tender, closed November 2022 as the safest month in the nation’s history. According to their president Nayib Bukele. November 2022 closes as the safest month in the entire history of El Salvador. If we annualize the homicide rate for November, El Salvador (recently the most dangerous country in the world) would have 2.5 annual homicides per 100,000 inhabitants. The safest country in LATAM. https://twitter.com/nayibbukele/status/1598203818021621760?t=4TIRyC5yowD3V2tyj_zr_Q&s=19 El Salvador has transformed itself from being known as the birth place of MS13 to a nation Bitcoiners want to visit and invest in.

- Where or how should I store my XRP So I’ve been keeping my bag on the Coinbase exchange and I’ve never really been comfortable with it, and even less so now that they are removing it from the wallet. I know that a hard drive is supposed to be the safest way but I don’t really feel comfortable with that either. So what is a decent alternative and relatively safe place to store it while I hodl.

- CEX Monero squeeze incomming! We need to stop CEXs papertrading monero and sooner or later it will happen. At one point, they will have so less of our precious monero that they need buy them all in the market from other users 'credits' so they can payout people that they have to pump the price by themselves. Their strategie to let government ban this coin so they don't need to buyback won't happen if we are faster! Take part in the next and probably last monerorun before the squeeze. We do a monerorun in 2 weeks on Dez 15. Tell your friends, even if they only have 0.01 XMR. Every Monero holder is important for this movement, tell them how important it is. Take part of one of the greatest crypto movements in history! Dez. 15 is the day. Upvote and share!

- Your opinion on « fullrbf » ? I saw a lot of turmoil about this new feature on the GitHub of bitcoin. Could you give me your opinion on this function, what it implies and the problem it solves. Other things I would like to know what you think about the fact that the developers released an update even if it was rather controversial by the community. Thank you in advance.

- VOTE-TO-EARN (V2E) VOTE-TO-EARN (V2E) The digital world is full of surprises, innovations, and upgrades. This is evident in the spectacular transformation of traditional gaming models into digitalized ones, also referred to as decentralized models. Traditional gaming models are mostly free-to-play and pay-to-play in which players hustle their way through the games, pulling through thick and thin, just to spend some in-game assets on special features which are at the mercy of the developers. That is how a centralized model operates. As a result, decentralized models were developed and they can be seen in today’s play-to-earn (P2E) games and vote-to-earn system. Vote-to-Earn: The Game Changer Although there are several amazing developments in the Web3 space, the next big innovation is the Vote-to-Earn (V2E) model. https://www.votetoearn.net/

- Does Bitcoins Rapid Price Drops Actually Increase Adoption Overtime? Working out a theory that BTC’s rapid price declines (and rises) are actually good for adoption. The rise is obvious, it pulls people in, but the rapid falls also keep a lot of people in because of the sunk cost fallacy and when prices start rising again they’ve usually done a lot more research and have a different (hodler) mentality. Few admit it but most buy before doing much research at all, they just chase green candles. Do you think BTC’s extreme volatility(even the downside) has actually helped increase adoption? Curious if anyones done any thinking about this. The huge bull markets aren’t really the focus, they obviously fuel adoption. But has the rapid downside played a bigger role than people think?

- Most Web 3 games, in my opinion, are simply not entertaining enough to attract non-crypto natives Did you ever consider that there are fewer players in crypto P2E games because they are afraid of dealing with wallets, private keys, and passwords? I suppose that's because the vast majority of people are unfamiliar with crypto, Web3, or any blockchain-crypto-related topics, and GameFi repels them. Do you have the same impression? Someone said that it looks like these games were designed by crypto people rather than game people; do you agree? I believe it all depends on the game. If you've ever played in a WAM tournament, you'll know how simple it is to figure out everything and how enjoyable and profitable these games can be. Most Web 3 games, in my opinion, are simply not entertaining enough to attract non-crypto natives. When mobile or free-to-play games first arrived in the United States, the same thing happened. Console gamers were unconcerned until they saw something entertaining and engaging. Gamers will jump through hoops to play a good game, so developers must act quickly!

For example, if I use a wallet that supports both bitcoin and ethereum, will I be getting two separate sets of seed phrases since they are on separate blockchains? - Thinking of lending in defi. How risky is this? Hey all, as the title says, thinking of lending in a liquidity pool. I've been very risk-averse only participating in governance up to this point. With governance looking like they will dramatically cut disbursements, defi looks like the only real place to make real money. I know there is impermanent loss but on a scale from 1-10 (ballpark) how risky is it to lend and what kind of returns could I expect with around 10k (coins) in algo? How long is a lending period typically? Basically, I am trying to gauge my risk. I've been cultivating this bag for a while and would be upset if I took a major hit. I know, then, don't do it but I would like to hear from some people that have done this and come out on top and also people that have lost as well. Thanks in advance!

- Tether is a ticking time bomb and the longer it keeps going the more damage it will do when it blows up. Why do users and exchanges continue to use this scam? For those unfamiliar or in disbelief, please watch this video and read this article: [Coffeezilla video explaining the Tether Fraud](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-whuXHSL1Pg) [Article on when Tether willl collapse](https://medium.com/coinmonks/why-tether-usdt-hasnt-collapsed-yet-and-when-it-will-e2a36ae7b8ed) Even back in 2017 the New York Attorney General investigated Tether and reported that they have never been backed 1:1 by USD. That was back when Tether's market cap was $2B and now it's $65B! The company is run by a bunch of fraudsters and it's so obvious what they're doing! They print tether out of thin air (no one is actually going to them and trading USD for tether to the tune of billions per week), and use it to buy up BTC, altcoins, and other speculative assets. They only have fractional reserves and are gambling with the money given to them! If everyone went to redeem their USD from Tether, they would collapse like FTX did. In essence, they are 10 times worse than the fractional reserve banking system we're trying to get away from. Why are people using this? Why are "respectable" big players like Binance and Coinbase and others allowing their clients to trade with this? How did this become the de facto stablecoin? Now you may be thinking, "how would the collapse of Tether hurt the rest of the crypto industry?" It's because the assets they bought with their printed-out-of-thin-air coin is largely in BTC, ETH, and others and they are *lying* about those holdings. As people go to redeem their tether, Tether will be forced to dump their holdings (BTC, ETH, etc) for USD to give the redemptions. We're talking billions of dollars of bitcoin being dumped on the open market. Prices will collapse unlike anything we've seen in years. This all needs to stop. Please do not hold onto USDT, you may lose your pants. This beast needs to be pulled down. How can we get the exchanges to stop enabling this fraud? Do we need to call for SEC investigation and regulation? 1 2

- Is it safe to move ADA coins from one Ledger device to another while staking? As the title reads, I currently have a small bag of ADA that I'm staking via a Nano X that is paired with Daedalus. I recently became aware that the paper sheet where I kept my 24 seed phrase has gone missing. At this point, I have no idea if I or someone in my household threw it away mistakenly. I'm not gonna wait around to find out, so I've ordered a new Nano S+, which I've already set up with LedgerLive and have successfully moved other coins I had in the Nano X over to the Nano S+. I know that in Cardano we dont give up custody when we stake, so in theory I should be able to move my coins without any issues. However, before moving forward, I wanted to post the question to the community just in case I've missed anything. Thanks in advance.

- Galactic Standard BTC would make the most sense for a currency/store of value system of some planet straight out of an interplanetary science fiction novel. I somewhat feel like some intelligent species gave bitcoin to earthlings because they knew it was time. What if bitcoin is meant to become the currency of this planet, becuase it is the best most efficient means of an interplanetary storage of value/currency system. The bitcoin ecosystem, when used the right way, really is one of the most beautiful things ever created. In a world were everything is so political, and just by having certain opinions you can be banned or cencored, bitcoin just seems so right.

- Warning about Coinbase One “free trial” — couldn’t cancel TL;dr **Warning for Coinbase users who receive a “free trial” offer — don’t do it.** Just a heads up, but I helped an older relative with cancelling a Coinbase One “free trial” offer. This is where you can buy crypto without fees and on paper, it looks like a good deal. The bullshit promotional offer promised cancellation was push-button-easy. Spoiler: It was not. My relative was able to initially access the add on and use it. So they set a reminder to cancel the recurring subscription about three days before the deadline. Surprise, when the date came the service was inexplicably unavailable, but had a placeholder image assuring them their funds were safe. They tried repeatedly over the next few days and the service was never available, but they could still buy and sell crypto. I saw them try this and it looked like Coinbase may have disabled access. My relative decided to simply cancel it since the product didn’t work. Guess what? THAT wasn’t available either through their account settings, but they got more assurances it was only temporary and their funds were safe. Again, it looked sketchy as hell and disabled. The online help didn’t address any of this and surprise, no agent was available to give support via the app. They called the 24/7 support line at +1 (888) 908-7930 and spoke with an agent named Mark. He tried to tell my relative that the app was “glitching” and suggested they uninstall the app, reinstall and wait and see if it resolves. My relative asked if other people trying to access the product or cancel the product were also having issues. They said yes, it was a known problem. Like I said, sketchy as hell. Relative demanded they cancel and refund the subscription fee since it had been unavailable for over a week. Mark said he would do that and to hold, but he hung up on them instead. Nice professional customer service from a financial institution makes me feel sooo secure. Relative waited five minutes and Mark did not call back. They called the 800 number again and jumped through all the verification hoops and got another agent. Mark didn’t cancel the subscription and didn’t refund the money, but claims my relative hung up on him and then did not answer the phone when he called back. Problem was that I was there and this didn’t happen and he didn’t call. This is some shady shit coming from Coinbase. We are moving my relative’s crypto to their own wallet. I just wanted to warn people to avoid this “free trial” like the plague.
